In this way, the adhesion force can many times exceed that of a free magnet.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the absence of a strong stray field, the magnetic pot also has a very useful application:<br \/>\nWhen an iron object that has fallen into a narrow gap with iron walls needs to be removed, it is usually tried with a magnet hung on a long axis (rod). However, this turns out to be very difficult or impossible, because the magnet sticks to the walls and cannot be extended to the fallen object. This problem does not exist with the magnetic pot.
