Permanent magnets of the Alni, Alnico and Ticonal types are alloys based on Fe, Al, Ni, Co, Cu and Ti.
They are distinguished by a relatively high residual magnetization Br and maximum magnetic energy (ВН)max, a low coefficient of temperature changes – 0.02%/°С, a high Curie point – 850°С and an operating temperature of up to 450°С.
These characteristics make them indispensable when used in measuring instruments, precise acoustic transducers, sensors and other devices requiring parameters that are stable over time and temperature changes.
The table gives the characteristics of magnets of the Alni, Alnico and Ticonal types.
