You have the option to return the product you purchased or exchange it for another within 14 days. We will refund the amount corresponding to the price of the product or the difference with the new purchase, if it is cheaper.

How do I return a product?

Make sure the product meets the return conditions described below.

Send the returned products to the Econt Express Sofia office, Iskar Station office, with recipient details – PRAMIZ OOD.

If you exercise your right to return a purchased product, you must send the shipment at your own expense no later than 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. Until the moment the goods are handed over to Magniti.bg, the risk of accidental damage is borne entirely by the customer.

All courier costs (basic and additional services, commissions for cash on delivery, etc.) are at your expense (at the expense of the sender).

What conditions must the product meet?

Products purchased from Magniti.bg can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of whether they were purchased from an individual or legal entity.

The products must be undamaged, in proper functional condition and fully equipped.

Returns of products that are specially configured/ordered for you and are not part of our product catalog are negotiated individually on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return such a product, please contact us.

How will we refund you for returned products?

Once we receive the shipment with the returned products, within the same day, we will check their condition.
If it meets the conditions stated above, we will refund the amount to your card or bank account.
In the same way, we will exchange the products you want and, if necessary, refund the difference in their price.

All costs of these activities (courier costs, transfer fees) will be at your expense, except in cases where a return or replacement of an incorrectly delivered product is required.
